Beat the summer heat by drinking lots of fluids & eating water-rich fruits, veggies.

This is a peak summer in most parts of India, and with the rise in temperature comes the risk of dehydration, skin burns, fever and heat stroke if you do not eat and drink properly. It is good to follow a seasonal diet. Seasonal foods are fresh and have a higher nutritional content than fruits and vegetables that are out of season. You know that summer is the perfect time to go to flip-flops, but do you know it's the right time to change your diet? Being more outdoors and sweating increases the risk of health problems such as dehydration, skin sensitivity and vitamin and mineral deficiencies. Simple (and tasty) solution - Eat local fruits from the season.
