The good news is that only 70-80% of your daily fluid should come from the water. 20-30% must get out of the food! Fruits and vegetables contain little water. Keeping moisture in the heat can be more difficult than at low temperatures as we lose more fluid through the skin in the form of sweat. Our hydration needs tend to be higher than when the temperature is more mild or cold.
